DoSo is derived from the Latin phrase "Non Ducor Duco," translating to "I am not led, I lead." This concept underpins all work carried out with athletes, focusing on the idea that issues related to confidence, doubt, anger, fear of failure, and lack of focus stem from being led by our thoughts. The mentally resilient athlete leads their thoughts, choosing their reactions instead of being driven by impulse.

Growth and skill development occur gradually through persistent effort towards desired outcomes. There are no shortcuts in cultivating the abilities needed to maintain focus, handle adversity, and recover from setbacks. DoSo's unique approach facilitates the natural enhancement of mental effectiveness without excessive deliberation.
The app promotes the development of a "resiliency habit" open to all users. By understanding that practice and repetition reinforce behaviors, users can shift towards a more resilient mindset. DoSo offers structured sessions akin to those delivered to professional athletes and Division 1 programs nationwide.

The initial sets of activities serve as an introduction to key mental training principles and are vital components of the workout regime. Utilizing the app involves engaging in coaching sessions for ten minutes per workout.
Subscription terms detail that payment is processed upon confirmation through your iTunes Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless deactivated 24 hours before the current period ends. The monthly subscription grants access to 21 Mindset Workouts and the Quick Hitters category for one month, while the yearly subscription extends access for a year.
