The mentally resilient athlete leads their thoughts, choosing their reactions instead of being driven by impulse.
"We cannot control what happens to us, but we have the power to shape how we perceive those events," as expressed by Stu Singer of WellPerformance.
Growth and skill development occur gradually through persistent effort towards desired outcomes. There are no shortcuts in cultivating the abilities needed to maintain focus, handle adversity, and recover from setbacks. DoSo's unique approach facilitates the natural enhancement of mental effectiveness without excessive deliberation.
The app promotes the development of a "resiliency habit" open to all users. By understanding that practice and repetition reinforce behaviors, users can shift towards a more resilient mindset. DoSo offers structured sessions akin to those delivered to professional athletes and Division 1 programs nationwide.

Subscription terms detail that payment is processed upon confirmation through your iTunes Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless deactivated 24 hours before the current period ends. The monthly subscription grants access to 21 Mindset Workouts and the Quick Hitters category for one month, while the yearly subscription extends access for a year.
